Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or store events), processing times may be slightly longer.
In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail location for local customers.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be returned to stock.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the best rate and delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Damages and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@watersnook.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
